Kiko’s 27% Savings Featured in Triovest’s Sustainability Report
JANUARY 15, 2017 – Kiko Water Systems is pleased to have been featured in Triovest Realty Advisors annual Sustainability Report for its work at 789 W Pender Street, Vancouver, BC. Using Kiko Water Systems technology at the property has resulted in a 27% reduction of steam consumption which amounts to over 50 tons of GHG’s and 900,000 lbs of steam saved annually.
Additonally, using Kiko Cartridges in the HVAC system also significantly reduced equipment operating times and helps to increase the lifespan of the HVAC system. Kiko Water Systems is installed throughout Triovest’s portfolio with similar savings results in each property using the technology.
